In Short

Develop Influencer Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive awareness, increase customer engagement, and support Unobravo’s new customers growth.
Identify and Build Relationships: Research and identify influencers, including macro, micro, and nano-influencers, that align with our target audience and brand goals. Establish long-term relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and management teams.
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including setting clear objectives, negotiating contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality content creation.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance, messaging, and campaign goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of influencer campaigns, using data to adjust strategies for improved results.
Budget Management: Manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximizing ROI.
Stay Trend-Savvy: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social media, PR, content, clinical and legal teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader marketing and brand initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing both within the Italian Ecosystem and multi country international experience.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer trends.
Ability to work both on brand awareness and NC growth (conversion)
Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on campaign performance.
Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well on matrix-reporting organizations.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English and Italian
Experience in regulated sectors a plus (finance, health, etc)
