Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who knows the social media landscape inside out and can connect with influencers to build partnerships that bring engaging content to life.

In Short

• Lead campaigns successfully from beginning to end.
• Identify, outreach, and build relationships with potential creator partners on IG, TikTok, YouTube.
• Develop targets and leverage tools to build a pipeline of new influencers.
• Negotiate terms and manage agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support influencers.
• Lead the ideation and development of creative content briefs.
• Prepare reports and analyze performance relative to campaign objectives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or similar role.
• Track record of successful collaborations with influencers on IG & TikTok.
• Strong understanding of digital media and social media platforms.
• High organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Data-driven approach with a knack for analyzing metrics.
• Experience with project management tools like Monday or Asana.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Local applicants from the Los Angeles area only.
