In recent months, we have been setting up a new Global Talent Center in Gurugram, India and were looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to manage large-scale influencer campaigns.

In Short

• Responsible for managing and executing large-scale influencer campaigns for priority clients.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and key strategist for key clients.
• Mentor, educate, and develop strategies to meet brand business objectives.
• Execute complex campaigns against legal/compliance requirements.
• Manage high volume and fast-paced email communications with influencers.
• Guide the creative development of content and ensure successful rollout.
• Manage junior team members and support their growth.
• Identify trends and develop performance insights for ongoing optimization.
• Share opportunities to innovate and improve processes.
• Support pre-sale planning with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant client-facing, agency experience.
• Experience in building and optimizing digital and social media plans.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience working within heavily regulated industries.
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle a high volume of email communications daily.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
