System Analyst — CBS Data Migration - Remote

Overview

As a System Analyst for CBS Data Migration at Unlimit, you will be responsible for analyzing data structures and business processes, preparing data mapping specifications, and supporting migration activities in a dynamic fintech environment.

In Short

• Analyze data structures and business processes in CBS.
• Prepare data mapping specifications between systems.
• Define and document transformation rules.
• Participate in agreeing on data export/import formats.
• Support the development and testing of ETL scripts.
• Assist with migration activities on UAT and Pre-Production environments.
• Perform data validation after migration.
• Manage exceptions during the migration process.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence / SharePoint.
• Participate in planning activities via Jira.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in data migration projects.
• Solid knowledge of banking domain concepts.
• Strong skills in gathering and formalizing requirements.
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good understanding of relational database structures.
• Familiarity with ETL processes.
• Experience with Temenos CBS is a plus.
• Confident user of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Understanding of data exchange formats like CSV, XML, and JSON.
