Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification required.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Six months of prior direct patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to act in emergency situations.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to recognize problems and act accordingly.
• Knowledge of patient care principles across age groups.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and document observations.
