Overview

The RMS Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and reliability of the Remote Monitoring System (RMS), leading a team of analysts, and ensuring system integrity and functionality.

In Short

Lead and manage a team of RMS analysts.
Monitor KPIs and metrics for performance evaluation.
Oversee daily checks of the RMS for errors and abnormalities.
Review system alerts to maintain data accuracy.
Manage incident progress and ensure timely resolution.
Validate resolution of incidents within the RMS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective actions.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in the team.
Manage relationships with RMS vendors.
Produce monthly system KPIs.

Requirements

1st degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science.
4 - 8 years related experience.
