In Short

• Manage the process and Fraud Monitoring Analysts that review and respond to potential fraud threats
• Provide second reviews for all functions within fraud ensuring adherence to procedures, SLAs, and best practices
• Lead escalations and mitigation efforts of significant misconduct incidents or problematic fraud trends with cross-functional teams
• Responsible for the identification of emerging fraud trends and developing strategies to mitigate risk
• Develop metrics and KPIs aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of fraud prevention methods
• Challenge existing processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Understand the risks of AML and fraud typologies presented by Upgrade’s product offerings
• Ensure coordination between Fraud teams to recover or chargeback stolen funds

Requirements

• 5-7 years of BSA/AML, Investigations, or Fraud related experience
• 3-5 years managing teams and processes
• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
