Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Formal ICD-10-CM and CPT training preferred.
• Three years of ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS coding experience.
• Certification required (CCS, RHIT, RHIA, or CIC).
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent filing and organizational skills.
