Patient Services Associate - One Day Surgery - Remote

Overview

The Patient Services Associate (PSA) works under the supervision of the Assistant Clinical Services Manager and assists in providing efficient and effective patient care, performing clerical tasks related to patient admission and discharge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of patient care experience in a healthcare setting.
• Successful completion of UAMS training courses within 90 days.
• Two or more years of patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respect patient confidentiality.
• Familiarity with departmental policies and procedures.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Must comply with pre-employment screening requirements.
• Must have proof of legal authority to work in the USA.
