Overview

The Human Resources Generalist – Talent position requires a strong focus on talent acquisition to drive strategic hiring initiatives and to connect exceptional candidates with meaningful roles. This position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding—while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Beyond recruiting, this position will contribute to broader HR functions, including workforce planning, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

In Short

• Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain a centralized job description database and partner with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with regular updates.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle project management responsibilities for intern programs.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
• Experience in project and program management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
