This position is for a Team Assistant who will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in a leading financial company, requiring strong communication and organizational skills, especially in an international context.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an office management clerk.
  • Extensive experience in office management or assistance.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and solution-oriented.
  • Bonus: Knowledge in real estate or corporate environments.
