In Short

• Manage end-to-end P2P processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment handling.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure seamless integration of financial operations.
• Develop a strong understanding of purchase order workflows, including their creation, management, and tracking.
• Handle change orders, ensuring their proper implementation and alignment with organizational policies.
• Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and provide support.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to P2P.
• Identify opportunities to improve P2P processes and support automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
