In Short

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment collection
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
• Communicate with clients in Italian regarding payment issues and account statuses
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare relevant financial reports
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and resolve issues

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian
• Experience in accounts receivable or finance roles
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively
