Requirements

• Completed training as a merchant for freight forwarding and logistics services or a business degree with a logistics focus
• Experience in sales or motivation as a career changer
• Initiative in developing new business opportunities and sales concepts
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer focus
• Structured and goal-oriented work style with enthusiasm for field sales
