Overview

As a Recruiter, you will actively shape the entire recruiting process to attract the best talents, ensuring a first-class candidate experience from initial contact to successful placement.

• Responsible for the complete recruiting life-cycle of operational positions.
• Ensure an optimal candidate journey and continuously develop strategies based on KPIs and feedback.
• Attract suitable talents through active sourcing, social recruiting, and targeted networking.
• Collaborate with your team to create a modern and convincing candidate experience using digital tools.
• Actively participate in HR projects to enhance talent acquisition and development.

Requirements

• Experience in operational recruiting and active sourcing.
• IT affinity and experience with digital tools (ideally SAP SuccessFactors).
• Strong communication skills, service orientation, and talent sensitivity.
• Very good German language skills.
