Overview

We are seeking a First Level Supporter who will be responsible for handling all issues in 1st Level Support and further developing the interface to customers. You will also provide remote support to on-site service technicians.

  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written
  • High degree of solution-oriented work and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (weekdays)
