Financial Aid Administrator - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Aid Administrator at Unitek Learning, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the financial aid process, ensuring eligibility and processing aid to support their education.

In Short

• Meet and communicate with students regarding financial aid.
• Administer and process student financial aid.
• Package state and federal aid according to regulations.
• Provide counseling to students and parents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal regulations.
• Assist with private loans and VA benefits packaging.
• Support other departments to resolve student issues.
• Help train new hires and support current staff.
• Participate in departmental projects as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Financial Aid.
• Experience with CampusVue® preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
