Overview

As a Senior Financial Aid Administrator, you will guide students through the financial aid process and manage various financial aid tasks to ensure positive cash flow.

• Remote position for a Senior Financial Aid Administrator.
• Meet with current, prospective, and alumni students.
• Administer and process student financial aid.
• Package state and federal aid according to regulations.
• Counsel students and parents regarding financial aid.
• Run reports to ensure work integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date information on federal regulations.
• Assist with Private Loans and VA benefits packaging.
• Help train new hires and support current staff.
• Participate in projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Aid.
• Experience with CampusVue® preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and capability to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
