In Short

  • Lead a Customer Success team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional work experience.
  • 6+ years in customer success or account management.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong empathy for customers and understanding of value drivers.
  • High impact leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience creating business strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for healthcare or human services.
