Overview

The Customer Success Executive is a senior individual contributor position responsible for ensuring customers and community-based organizations achieve their business objectives with Unite Us. This role requires building relationships with executive stakeholders and analyzing success metrics.

In Short

  • Manage and grow a book of business for strategic government accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and user engagement.
  • Educate customers on Unite Us technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Act as the escalation point for business-critical issues.
  • Create engagement strategies based on customer needs.
  • Develop success plans outlining key objectives and metrics.
  • Analyze data for insights into customer operations.
  • Solicit feedback to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value accounts.
  • Ability to inspire and influence change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with government agencies.
  • Passion for healthcare and social services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
