Overview

The Associate Sales Director will be responsible for finding and growing new enterprise business within Community (CBOs), reporting to the Head of Provider Market. The role involves maintaining an active pipeline, identifying market trends, building relationships with senior executives, and executing sales plans.

In Short

  • Manage assigned sales territory focusing on enterprise opportunities.
  • Build relationships with executives and decision makers.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM tools.
  • Communicate the vision and value of technology to prospects.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Influence decision-makers of prospective customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base.
  • Participate in sales training.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience.
  • 6+ years working with Community and/or CBOs.
  • Expertise in selling SaaS solutions or within the Healthcare market.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
