The Senior Director, Brand Design will drive and oversee the development and execution of all Underdog Brand Design design efforts across various marketing channels, ensuring a distinct and consistent brand identity.

Requirements

• 12+ years of agency or in-house creative experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Master of craft with a track record of building brands.
• Experience with global brands.
• Proven ability to define brand design direction.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful creative work.
• Excellent people leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Thought leader in creative and brand development.
