Senior Brand Designer - Remote

Overview

We seek a Senior Brand Designer passionate about creating compelling and visually stunning brand experiences. As a key member of our design team, you will work within the brand team in developing and executing our brand strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring our brand vision to life.

In Short

• Collaborate in the design and development of Busha’s brand identity.
• Work with the product team to develop visual elements.
• Contribute to elevating design at Busha through mentoring and thought leadership.
• Handle day-to-day design tasks like creating marketing collateral.
• Possess one or more specialty skills such as motion design, illustration, and 3D design.
• Partner frequently with project managers and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Tested experience with Figma.
• Contemporary, user-centric design aesthetic.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
