People Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and enhancing the employee experience.

In Short

• Liaise with IT, Employee Experience, HRBP’s and Manager’s for onboarding.
• Support new hire onboarding and training sessions.
• Process HR transactions within Workday.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Support benefits administration and leave tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.
• Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate data.
• Assist in implementing new HR initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience using Workday.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
