• Support the HR team on day-to-day needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates feel welcomed.
• Assist with onboarding new hires.
• Give office tours and set up for new hires.
• Maintain HR platforms and tools.
• Perform audits of HR files for compliance.
• Keep HR documentation organized.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
