Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months' related work experience, preferably in customer service.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a structured work environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
