Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License.
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to organize and manage written data.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Understanding of organizational policies and procedures.
