We are developing the first medically certified digital therapy that sustainably addresses metabolic disorders through precision nutrition.

• Advise patients on content and technical questions regarding our digital therapy.
• Collect feedback and motivate users to continue improving their health.
• Manage your pipeline, including data maintenance and CRM cleanliness.
• Collaborate closely with your team and other departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, etc.).

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Highly motivated and positive attitude.
• Diligent and proactive, embodying the qualities of taking initiative.
• Flexible, adaptable, and ready for changes typical of a startup environment.
• Structured in task management with a keen eye for detail.
