Una Health is a company with a clear mission: to tackle the growing challenge of metabolic diseases by developing the first medically certified digital therapy (DiGA) that sustainably improves metabolic disorders through individualized nutritional therapy and the use of biosensor technology (CGM).

In Short

  • You play a central role in ensuring that our users can successfully use the Una App and have a positive experience.
  • You are the first point of contact for customers with technical questions and issues regarding the app.
  • You respond to calls, emails, and support requests with patience, empathy, and a clear focus on user needs.
  • You find pragmatic, solution-oriented approaches and guide customers step by step, even if they have little technical experience.
  • You document inquiries and systematically forward recurring issues to our product and tech teams.
  • You proactively work to improve support processes and expand our internal knowledge base.
  • You bring positive energy, motivation, and a hands-on mentality to the team.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using digital tools (Helpdesk systems, CRM, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic technical processes (e.g., app login, app navigation, troubleshooting).
  • Fluent in German (native level) as you will work daily with German-speaking customers.
  • English skills are a plus, as our team is international.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathetic and patient – able to explain complex matters simply.
  • Solution-oriented, structured, and hands-on approach.
  • Positive energy, motivation, and joy in helping others.
  • Proactive work style and willingness to take responsibility.
