Requirements

• Technical education in architecture, civil engineering, or similar.
• Experience in project and site management.
• Business development experience in construction products or services.
• Strong leadership and team orientation.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (approx. 30% in Europe).
• Fluency in German and English.
