Restaurant Partner Manager - Remote

Overview

We are a creative and innovative start-up that develops and operates virtual food brands. With brands like Holy Hen, we focus on urban lifestyle, digital presence, and top quality. To further expand our network of partner kitchens and ensure long-term success, we are looking for a Restaurant Partner Manager who will take care of onboarding & training as well as ongoing support and optimization of our partner locations.

In Short

• Ensure smooth startup of new locations and support existing partners for success.
• Analyze platform and operational data to identify opportunities and implement targeted measures to enhance performance.
• Implement smart processes, test new ideas, and bring fresh energy to daily operations.
• Act as a hands-on contact for partner businesses to solve challenges directly.
• Regularly visit locations to ensure operations run smoothly while also managing remotely from HQ.

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.
• Project management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Understanding of business processes and a focus on optimization.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to partner locations as needed.
