Overview

The Corporate Alliance Recruiter collaborates closely with Account Managers to ensure successful placement of eligible graduates in roles within our Corporate Alliance employers, focusing on fostering strong partnerships and facilitating graduate employment opportunities.

• Proactively reach out to assess graduate eligibility for placement.
• Maintain precise documentation related to the graduate population.
• Collaborate with support roles to coordinate onboarding requests.
• Source candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate suitability.
• Organize communications with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Requires results-driven and strong communication skills.
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years’ sales or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience in employment staffing or career services.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
