Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher for Healthcare Instructor; Master's degree for General Education Instructor.
• Minimum of three years of occupational experience in the healthcare field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems.
• One to three years of online teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in applying adult learning principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work full-remote, on-site, or in a hybrid model.
