Overview

We are looking for an Online General Education Instructor to join our team, instructing general education courses in various degree completion programs.

In Short

• Teach courses such as Psychology, Public Speaking, Sociology, History, Ethics, Political Science, and Critical Reasoning.
• Instruct students and develop coursework for assigned classes.
• Continuously improve quality of instruction using innovative methodologies.
• Assist in reviewing and revising syllabi and instructional guidelines.
• Evaluate students' progress and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain student records and assist with program data collection.
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) for course delivery.
• Provide access to students for ongoing communication.
• Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours.
• Commitment to working with a multicultural and multigenerational student body.

Requirements

• Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred.
• Experience mentoring students and strong communication skills.
• Previous online teaching experience required.
• Background in educational methodology consistent with teaching assignments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
