As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Medtronic, you will lead initiatives to ensure suppliers deliver quality parts and services, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to uphold manufacturing and quality standards.

• Knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and quality impact assessments.
• Familiarity with risk management documentation (PFMEA, DFMEA).
• Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for effective supplier management.
• Ability to work in a telecommute setting and manage remote teams.
• Experience in quality compliance for NPD lifecycle.
• Proficiency in quality records management and auditing.
• Understanding of change control systems and processes.
