Senior Supplier Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring Invenco products are manufactured to required quality standards and that the correct controls are in place, working with our Contract Manufacturers.

In Short

• Be the quality interface at Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
• Report status updates of product manufacturing quality.
• Drive supplier quality systems/controls for improved productivity.
• Lead supplier development programs.
• Monitor supplier quality systems & processes.
• Conduct supplier quality audits.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Reporting (SCAR) system.
• Support implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Provide training on supplier quality processes.
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with contract manufacturing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP or similar quality tools.
• Experience with ISO 9001.
• No travel restrictions.
• Desirable: Knowledge of payments compliance.
• Membership to ASQ or equivalent.
• Training in Lean or Six Sigma.
• Electronics and/or Mechatronics background.
