Sales and Marketing Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Aible Clinic Consulting team is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Program Manager to lead the execution of our Aible contracting strategy, supporting product launches and driving adoption.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end execution of the Aible contracting strategy.
• Define, track, and report on key performance metrics.
• Foster accountability and cross-functional alignment among teams.
• Optimize internal workflows for timely program execution.
• Create and maintain customer-facing communication and internal playbooks.
• Represent the organization in customer discussions.
• Travel requirement: up to 10%.
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in medical device software or services is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Knowledge of data management and healthcare regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships.
• Experience with Salesforce, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
