Overview

The Principal Legal Counsel will lead legal efforts in global trade compliance, providing expertise and guidance to Medtronic's Diabetes business while working across various geographies.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from a recognized Law School.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• Minimum 5+ years of legal experience in global trade compliance.
• Experience with import laws and customs regulations.
• Understanding of legal risks in the Life Science industry.
• Experience in contracting related to transportation and logistics.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Experience in healthcare/medical device industry is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
