As a Senior Presales Solutions Architect at Udacity, you will partner with our Sales, Customer Success, and Strategic Alliances teams to align our programs and content with the desired business outcomes of Global 2000+ customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS or consulting.
  • Understanding of enterprise technology stacks in software engineering and AI.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong listening, questioning, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues.
  • English language fluency (verbal and written).
