Overview

As the Director of Reward & HR Operations France at Ubisoft, you will play a key role in defining and implementing compensation strategies, benefits, and HR operations for the France region.

In Short

• Lead HR Operations and Reward teams in France.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits programs tailored to team needs.
• Manage the HR Operations Hub for all Ubisoft entities in France.

Requirements

• Strong experience in compensation, benefits, and HR operations, ideally in an international environment.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects, especially in change management.
• Excellent knowledge of HR tools and processes with a focus on automation and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of social relations in France and experience interacting with social partners.
• Natural leadership with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
