Overview

The Customer Experience Program Manager will lead initiatives in event management and transversal projects, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring operational readiness across Ubisoft’s diverse teams.

In Short

  • Lead ITIL-based Event Management transformation initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement cycles across event management.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and track KPIs for event success and process adherence.
  • Facilitate workshops and retrospectives for improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize and report on improvements.
  • Document and communicate process changes across teams.
  • Define project milestones and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for projects.
  • Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

  • Certification in ITIL foundations or similar.
  • Experience in program or project management, ideally in gaming or tech.
  • Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creativity and critical thinking.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
