Overview

The Senior People Analyst is responsible for ensuring the execution and evolution of People processes and projects, focusing on operational and tactical management of recruitment, onboarding, events, climate, career, culture, engagement, and well-being initiatives for the core team at Ubiminds.

• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a consistent experience.
• Lead recruitment and selection processes for core team roles.
• Support the application and analysis of internal surveys and suggest improvements.
• Assist in maintaining updated job descriptions and performance evaluation cycles.
• Organize cultural and engagement initiatives and events.
• Ensure accuracy in document management and communication with accounting.
• Support strategic People projects related to retention and engagement.
• Produce dashboards and reports on climate and engagement indicators.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to implement actions effectively.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in generalist People positions.
• Degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Postgraduate degree in People Management or Organizational Development is a plus.
• Minimum B1 level in English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multifunctional team.
