Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
• Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools.
• Experience at a B2B tech company or startup.
• Experience with design systems and accessibility best practices (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with instructional design and AI in UX/UI (nice-to-have).
• Self-directed and comfortable working with cross-functional partners.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
