Overview

As a Senior Analyst in Visa's People Systems organization, you will enhance systems and provide exceptional employee experiences, focusing on Workday Talent modules and related systems.

In Short

• Configure, design, optimize, and maintain Talent Management systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to enhance employee experiences.
• Act as a consultative partner to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and stay updated on best practices.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and contribute to test strategies.
• Evaluate Workday releases and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system and process enhancements.
• Model exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with Talent Management and other stakeholders.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience.
• 2+ years of experience configuring Workday Talent Management modules.
• Experience with Workday Skills, Career Hub, and Talent Marketplace.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Workday Pro Certification(s) in Talent modules preferred.
