Overview

The Senior FinOps Account Manager will work with customers to provide insights on cloud cost management and FinOps, leveraging data analysis to enhance customer outcomes.

In Short

  • Engage with customers to provide cost intelligence observations.
  • Facilitate conversations around cost growth solutions.
  • Maintain strategic relationships across customer teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct business reviews.
  • Champion customer success initiatives within the company.
  • Develop and maintain operational controls for customer interactions.
  • Lead workshops and support internal initiatives.
  • Create standards for data analysis and presentations.
  • Work flexible hours, primarily aligned with EST.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience consulting on AWS, GCP, or Azure services.
  • Understanding of cloud service financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of tagging strategies for cloud costs.
  • Passion for data and leveraging it for customer success.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
  • FinOps Certification is a plus.
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with BI dashboards is a plus.
  • SQL authoring experience is a plus.
