In Short

  • Present, promote and sell our new offering using solid arguments to existing customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Manage and handle opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and renew.
  • Review customer health and usage data to identify opportunities to improve adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Constantly look for new areas to expand our business within the SMB segment.
  • Work closely with the billing team on getting payments on time.
  • Interact with potential clients on phone and emails.
  • Perform product demonstrations and answer technical questions to help drive the sales conversation forward.
  • Negotiate with customers, sign and support the full sales cycle from upsell prospect to a signed client.
  • Become a trusted resource for prospective technical customers' questions.
  • Maintain accurate and transparent pipeline, and activity record, in SFDC.

Requirements

  • 7 years’ experience in Inside sales within a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in attaining sales quota.
  • Evidence of exceptional commitment to a process-driven sales approach, and accurate tracking and forecasting all customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good technical understanding.
