Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are an asset.
• Experience in OD and workforce transformation.
• Proven track record in large scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to simplify complex environments into actionable strategies.
