In Short

• Lead the global RLT MS&T organization.
• Ensure products remain validated throughout their lifecycle.
• Support optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Oversee product validation activities for commercial products.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
• Manage the MS&T talent pipeline and training programs.
• Drive best practices in validation and process changes.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Minimum 25% travel required.
• Position can be remote within the U.S.

Requirements

• BSc degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of scientific principles in pharmaceutical sciences.
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
• Understanding of cGMPs and regulatory standards.
• Global experience is desirable.
• Education in radiochemistry or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus.
