Overview

This role is focused on enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization by partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement effective leadership development strategies.

  • Require a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills required.
  • 5% travel expected for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Management.
  • Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and networking abilities.
  • Experience in implementing development strategies.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English required.
