Overview

The National Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Dermatology is responsible for leading a team of field-based TLLs and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement strategies for engaging with Medical Experts and coordinating commercial engagements.

• Lead a team of direct reports in the TLL Dermatology space.

• Build relationships with Thought Leaders for market feedback.
• Oversee educational event readiness and performance monitoring.
• Facilitate exchanges to identify educational opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for commercial speaker programs.
• Manage TLL interaction plans for national and regional congresses.
• Represent Novartis at national and regional conferences.
• Participate in congress steering committees.
• Drive commercial engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of TLL or Account Management experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of thought leaders and institutions.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
• Creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Financial and budgetary experience.
• Dermatology experience preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
